(August 30, 2018, 8:56 pm)Absolute perfection! Went with a friend for lunch today and we both got Jibarito which is an amazing pork "sandwich", but flattened plantains are used in place of bread! The delicious sandwiches were so big each of us could only eat half! Now we both have dinner too :) Miguel is a sweetheart and awesome chef! Will definitely come back!!
