Wasn't too pleased with their bbq sandwiches. Their chicken tenders were yummy. Got extra food that they didn't want to throw away
Just to be real honest, I think Bill Miller BBQ has gotten out of control on their pricing for their product. They have gone crazy by giving you less for your money.
Just for starters they use to have your eating utensils nicely rolled in a quality napkin and ready to put on your tray before you order. Next, unless you get a sandwich of some kind, you can not get a decent BBQ plate with a drink for less than $10 dollars a person.
The one thing that they had going for them was the BBQ SAUCE that helped the meats at least taste a liitle like they are suppose to and removed it from the condiment buffet totally. I spoke with the manager about it and he said that management CAN'T decide whether to bring it back or let the consumers just do without.
Last but definitely not the least the quality of the hard plastic Tea Glass that we enjoyed using for ever is gone and no sign of it ever returning.
BILL MILLER BBQ IS VERY VERY LOW ON MY CHOICE OF RESTAURANTS TO EAT AT ANYMORE.
The food is very good (perfect brisquit). The staff is equally as important, and I'll tell you what, the Entire Staff is worthy of 5 stars, plus! Every single person was so helpful and friendly, I kid you not! If I were their boss, I'd surely give them a raise!
Good food/poor service=no 2nd visit. This was definitely not the case here. As my sister & I sat enjoying our lunch, we couldn't help but notice the busy staff...the whole while paying attention to customers needs, including ours! I almost never write reviews, but this one was well worth the few minutes. [Bill Miller/Ben White, was the one we visited today and will be frequenting.]
Not for the barbecue aficionado. It's really not very good barbecue and I couldn't tell you why, food prices suggest otherwise. The process of getting food here is also cumbersome and slow.
I use to work in this place back in 1997, time flies. They try to rearrange but still looks the same. And food , i gotta admit its good BBQ. The Rancher plate is what i get. They give good portions
