    As a hardcore crawfish fan, have to admit this crawfish food truck exceeded my expectation by a far distance. The bugs were cleaned very well, fresh, and seasoned to spicy but not overshadowed flavors. The price is a bit high but acceptable considering this is in San Antonio.
    It becomes one of my favorite crawfish places. Definitely will try again whenever come back to town.

    We took 10 lbs of crawfish to go, the service was great, very friendly people. The crawfish were very good and so were the sauces. A good family moment thanks to these wonderful people!

    So excited that Pops is coming back this season! It was delicious and very reasonably priced! The sides are a la carte so you can get exactly how much/little you want. The staff were super sweet too! I will definitely be back this season!
