888 Pan Asian Restaurant

Great food! Enjoyed the buffet. Got there right before the crowds. The Papaya Salad was great as well as everything I tried. The hot jasmine tea was delicious and fresh. Price was adequate for the buffet. Service was very cordial. No hurry. The only thing that bothered us is the fact their floors were really slippery. Not sure if it was the type of stone or tile or what. I was concerned about falling, especially around the buffet area. Overall great experience. Would never wear heels here. And you would never walk away with their pen. ; )

Honestly this is one of the best Asian restaurants I have ever been to, in Austin. I am a born and raised Austinite and I have been to so many restaurants and this one right here, hands down - AMAZING. My favorite dish from here is the Grilled chicken with Montreal sauce, it comes with a choice of white rice or fried fried rice and vegetable salad on the side. It is so delicious ????

This place gets me every time. The pad thai is the best around. I went here today for lunch and the service was great. Not overbearing, but attentive. Perfect.

The size of the menu at 888 is a little intimidating but I have slowly made my way through it one item at a time. I have yet to have anything that I was not totally impressed with the quality and consistency of every item on the menu. I have tried at least 20 different menu items and everyone was delicious. I'm a big guy and the portion size has always been great for the price.

Good food! Some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had. Love the salt and pepper chicken and shrimp. Good Pho too. All the food dishes I’ve tried have been great. They do have a lunch buffet on week days too. Good sized portions and reasonably priced. You are not assigned only one waiter or waitress which makes for fast service even when they are busy. Does tend to be very busy on the weekends and you will have a wait, but well worth it. Definitely recommend!
