For always going here during lunch (busiest time of the day) I’ve only ever waited long once! They have never messed up a sandwich, and always diligent.

This place is awesome.

Tastes like any other Jimmy Johns but the reason why I give this one a four star is because of the bad parking for this location. I temporarily lived in east Austin and this was the closest JJ and parking for this establishment wasn’t that great but the food was good so I cannot give it below a four star.

First time in Austin and we arrived late, we wanted something quick so we decided to call Jimmy Johns. The manager (very nice) answered the phone and advised us to call a different store for delivery options but if that store did not delivery to our location to call her back. That’s exactly what we did. She took our order and had someone deliver the food. Little did we know delivery meant walking. Talk about customer service, Caleb walked 19 minutes to deliver our food and was so very pleasant. What more can we say other than Caleb; you’re awesome!

Love the crew. Just wish when it rains there was some way to tell you due to weather wait times are longer. But rain or shine they do the best the can
