Red Lobster

The location is older but clean, the food was very good, cooked correctly and plentiful. The staff was friendly, courteous, accommodating and efficient. It is a bit expensive, but the value is there. We were there when it wasn't to busy on a Sunday evening.

My family and I were at Red Lobster waiting for an hour for our entree orders to be taken, waited another 40 for food, and the server just seemed kind of lost the entire time. The first manager I spoke to kind of had a bit of an attitude, which can suck for the guest and their experience. The second manager was incredibly nice and attentive and acknowledged our needs. He comped some of our food, which is not necessarily what we wanted, but it was a nice touch. We just wanted to eat our food and not starve for almost 2 hours.

Eric was our waiter and he was fantastic. He didn't come around too much so that we could enjoy our conversation, but he came around enough that if we needed anything we didn't have to wait. The best part was he was able to take our wants, (the really cool lighthouse glass) and tell us how we could obtain that (buy the drink and get the glass free). He also knew the magic of Red Lobster is in the biscuits. ;) Thank you so much for a GREAT evening Eric!
