The girl at the counter smiled at my 2 year old son and gave him a coloring sheet and a crayon. She seemed happy to have him there. It made me feel very welcome. Thank you!

Always clean, nice staff, some machines may not be working, but they have 14 flavors and plenty of topping options to choose from so there's many options either way! Indoor and outdoor seating is available, they also do froyo cakes!

Menchie’s at Hancock Center is the best froyo shop in ATX, hands down. Best flavors, freshest toppings, store is always clean, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming, especially Ari!

I don’t want to brag but I would say I’m somewhat of a fro yo connoisseur. So let me start out by saying that this particular Menchies, in terms of its actual fro yo, is good but pretty much standard in terms of what you can expect from a self-serve fro yo place. Where this place really shines is its excellent and friendly staff, who delighted me by telling me that I had arrived during $5 fill up hour (which is literally every night one hour before they close) and that I could expect a new flavor tomorrow (Cinnamon Toast Crunch, because I guess Menchie is Hebrew for genius). Keenan also offered me free granola, not because I’m special, but because they usually have a free topping. Again with the genius thing.

In summation: 30 topping options, 14 flavors, and unlimited good times.
