LI HOT POT & BBQ

I’m reviewing this again bc I’m here again and I love this place. My favorite hotpot in Austin. Closer to Sichuan than Mongolian style, and they have spicy levels they match China’s if requested. Excellent quality ingredients.

The BBQ is delicious! My favorites so far are the lamb, beef, and pork belly. The small chicken fried rice serving was huge. The seaweed salad has a spicy garlic cilantro finish to it. I cant wait to try the hot pots! Choose your own mix of ingredients. Yumyumyum!

Best hot pot in Austin. Also, their highest tier of spicy is actually spicy which is apparently hard to find in Texas.

Great place! Went with my family as we saw it was down the street from us, and was not disappointed. Tried the half-half hot pot as well as several bbq meats and vegetables. The spicy pot was pretty spicy, but well balanced. My child loved the non-spicy broth (which is a miracle in itself). I can't wait to go back, and might even convince some friends to rent out one of the karaoke rooms.

Foods are authentic Chinese! Especially the BBQ, I'm a big fun of it and
I can tell that they really grill it with wood charcoal without deep fry it first in cooking oil!
Heard that the food come slow, but not mine! Pretty fast!
Overall GREAT!!!
