Amazing food and great service! A lot of unique dishes. Tokyo oyster, calamari, pad thai and the royal cake was just awesome! We haven't had that type of dessert in many years. Highly recommended!
First time here. Have heard great things about this place. It's true!!! Came for crawfish - most delicious I've had & better priced too. We checked out the menu & there's so many we want to try. Definitely coming back.
Tonight was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time! After trying out one new hip place after another in Austin, we took a friend's recommendation and went North to Round Rock and had delicious food in a fun environment at half the price we would have paid going downtown. Everyone was so friendly as well! Happy to have a great place to visit in RR in less time it takes to get downtown Austin and they have parking! Can't wait to go back!
good food and drinks although they were very very busy both times we were there. Enjoyed the food and the drinks and the atmosphere. would like it if it was not so busy all the time but I guess that is just the way that you know it is good and many people appreciate it.
Coworkers convinced me to go to this restaurant today, and I have to admit I was very reluctant. The building it's in has housed a succession of mediocre restaurants that have slowly withered away. The exterior is somewhat ugly and looks like a low rent dive with a Cajun theme. Imagine my surprise when we arrived for lunch and almost didn't get a seat...it was packed! There was an enthusiastic and happy looking crowd inside. My coworkers ordered oysters (raw and cooked) and gumbo, while I had the Crying Phoenix, a spicy shrimp dish with glass noodles and vegetables. It was superb! There are a variety of dishes spanning different cuisines, and I can't wait to try them. When we left, there were people being told there was a 30 minute wait, and they were happily waiting. Make sure you visit this camouflaged gem!
