Bistro Vonish

First time here, all I can say is wow. We had the black garlic bruschetta, fried oyster mushrooms, and a gnocchi special. Everything was phenomenal! There are 4 vegan food trucks in the lot so this is my new favorite spot.

This place is great!! Craig and his culinary team are very creative and make amazing tasting food!! Even if you are not vegan, I dare you, to not enjoy his food... because it's not possible!

His brunch menu is always so tasty!

So give Bistro Vonish a shot and you won't regret it!!

Bistro Vonish is AMAZINGLY good and I can't recommend them highly enough! Their spicy mac is hands down the best mac I've ever had, even before going vegan. We've also had some of their sweet options and kolaches - everything is delicious. I really don't think you can go wrong no matter what you order here. Also, my husband and I have been multiple times (during both brunch and dinner), and never had a problem with cold food or waiting too long for food to come out. Great food and great service all around!

Ordered spicy mac and cheese and a BBQ seitan sandwich. Sandwich was decent and the place is located in cute food truck park. 3 stars because Mac and cheese came out cold. It was basically macaroni and spice but didn't seem to have any vegan alternative to cheese in it, as the name of the dish would have you believe.
