    A good place to fulfill your Bar-B-Q cravings. Place is huge enough to comfortably seat many people. The choice of food is also nice. I will definitely go to that place whenever I will get a chance. The store is located in a very nice safe area. I really enjoyed the food.

    Don't go for the hype in some Austin BBQ places. If you want good Texas BBQ in a fun place, this is the place to go !
    Short wait on busy hours. They have the fastest serving I have ever seen in any BBQ place!

    I was skeptical coming here thinking it was a gas station restaurant or something. But I'm so glad I looked past the gas pumps! Their food was delicious!! It was a laid back environment so I finally felt comfortable bringing my kids into a restaurant for the first time ever. It was different than any restaurant I've ever been to but it was a good thing. Can't wait to go back!!

    Visiting from out of town - came here for lunch - delicious! Tell them it is your first time there, and they will give you samples of their meats and sides and walk you through how the menu works.

    The brisket and pulled pork were amazing!

    The portions were large and filling.

    The place was busy, but they get the orders filled really quickly as well.

    Will definitely be back!

    I think that Rudy's has the best flavor of barbecue in Austin. However a lot of times the quality can be hit or miss. The brisket has increased in price over the years and when you ask for moist you have to really look at the piece that they put to make sure that you will enjoy it. the cashier does ask you if this is acceptable take your time to look at it. I always order the baby back ribs and recently they've come out dry and even sometimes cold. That is a great family environment for kids, they have an outdoors and playscape for the little ones to run around.
