*The* best handmade noodles I've had in ATX. Chilled black fungus and onion appetizer and shrimp chow mein. House made chili oil was divine. Noodles perfectly seasoned (no need to sully with soy sauce). Shrimp fresh and plump, probably U25. Must go!!!

Great spot for handmade dumplings and noodles. I had the spicy beef noodle soup and it was delicious. Only downside is the noodles and dumplings were a little thick for my preference. The location gets busy so if going for lunch try to get there before 12 to beat the crowd!

Wow! I came here for the first time with my friend and I gotta say - I love this place! To start we got the Pork Soup Dumplings and OMG it was delicious. I’ve never had dumplings before and these were a treat. They’re known for their handmade noodles, so I went ahead and got their beef stewed noodle soup and again, I was taken aback by how good it was. The food here is very flavorful as they use authentic ingredients. Amazing prices plus I was pretty full, can’t complain about that! Highly satisfied with my visit and I WILL be back!

I really liked this place. I will be back for sure but I've had better dim sum (basing on the sampler). I liked and will eat it again but I want the noodles more than the dim sum. Somebody told me these spicy pot was where it's at! It's huge! This is a must try place. The noodle with bean and meat sauce was a tasty new experience and the soup dumplings were actually a nice surprise.

I love Julie’s Noodles!! I’m from the Bay Area where Chinese noodle spots are plentiful and Julie’s has easily become one of my favorite spots. The house made noodles are perfectly on the thicker side and chewy. The beef noodles comes in a delicious broth, with chives and cabbage. 10/10 would recommend. This place is authentic for sure.
