Taco Bell

I have a love-hate relationship with Taco Bell. This is my local Taco Bell and I've been going there for a long time.I'm happy to say that recently there have been improvements and being able to get my order correct. By the way it's never the cashier that's taking the order it's always the kitchen. I had to contact corporate in order to get things straightened out. I was even falsely accused of making counterfeit coupons for there so that was fun. However in the last maybe four months it has been much much better.

Love this place the crew is amazing ... I work here at the time so of course i AM going to put my stamp of approval on it.... I have amazing coworkers and managers here and the customer service is 5* trust me

I recently went to this Taco Bell on my lunch break with a colleague. I have been to this Taco Bell before and every time I am there the service is great and my order comes out fast.

This particular time I went there was a sweet man named James took my order. His service was polite and genuine. When he handed me the receipt he asked if I had a smartphone and if so, that I visit the website on the receipt and fill out a survey for a chance to win $500 and to mention his name and how his service was if I didn't mind.

I never fill those things out but he was so kind and asked me so earnestly that I made it point to put the receipt aside so I wouldn't forget to fill out the survey. Unfortunately, on the way out, I accidentally threw it away with the wrappers from my meal.

The colleague I had lunch with told me this morning that on his drive home yesterday, he drove past that Taco Bell, only to find James picking up trash on the grounds of the restaurant and dancing a little while doing it.

My point is - Go see James at this Taco Bell. He is happy to be doing his job there and it shows and makes the experience all the more better.
