Great lunch specials great food friendly staff

Great place to go for drinks and food except on Wednesday's. Personally I have been going to this particular Chili's for roughly 6 months. Every single Wednesday I go around 5p.m there is minimal customers inside naturally within half an hour business doubles. Every Wednesday I receive the WORST service from Christina. Today particularly she couldn't bring me a water. Never received my soup. A manager actually brought me my entree and utensils. There was an employee sleeping next to the bathrooms. Mind you the women's bathroom was a mess. No soap, dirty toilets, messy floor, very unkempt to say the least. Literally never fails I get terrible service on Wednesday nights. Please mind that I am in there every day of the week. It's a great place with great food and amazing drinks. Personally I suggest sit at the bar. Don't use the restrooms. Order a Margarita.

This is the first Chili's that I visited after moving to Texas, and it's by far my favorite location! I've dined in and ordered food to-go, and I've never been disappointed. Mike and his A-list team make my family and I feel like long time friends. They're always warm and welcoming, and the food is always served hot and fresh! World-class customer service is not easy to come by these days but it seems to come naturally from Mike and his wonderful staff. I will return again and again!

This is the best Chili's location in Austin. They have the best servers, managers, and cooks. Their service is consistent, thorough, and friendly. Some nights I don't want to cook and I just want to enjoy a big margarita. This location takes the stress away and always delivers. I highly recommend it!
