I love Andy's, though, one weird crazy OCD nitpicky thing that drives me crazy... idk why...

When I order a James Brownie, it literally says on the menu James brownie, it's called a James brownie, I say "I want a small James brownie" and they say "small James brown? Then they yell across the place, "SMALL JAMES BROWN." No, say it right! Lololol. James brownIE... 1 time out of 20 I've been there, did an employee say it right. Lol. I usually correct them, and they ignore me. Am I just way too ocd? Probably... lol... but aside from that, their ice cream is amazing and the service is always good too. I'll give up on the James browniiiieeeee thing. Live and let go.. 😆

The customer service here was amazing. Went for my first time ever and the store manager took her time with me. Was so patient while my roommate and I tried to figure out what we wanted. And let me tell you! There is a difference between custard ice cream regular ice cream! It’s so much better. And way better service than most place I been to

My first visit to Andy's Frozen Custard left me with mixed feelings. While the frozen custard itself was delightful, the overall experience was dampened by the subpar service. Having heard raving reviews from friends who had savored the frozen custard in Dallas, I was eager to give it a try.

Opting for a double scoop of mixed vanilla and chocolate custard seemed like the perfect choice on a scorching Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the service missteps began with a mix-up in our order, which was a letdown given our careful ordering. The staff's reaction when we pointed out the error further soured the experience. It's true that anyone can have an off day, but their less-than-friendly demeanor contrasted with the fact that we were enduring the outdoor heat while they operated in air-conditioned kitchens.

Despite the service hiccup, the frozen custard itself was a saving grace, boasting a delectable blend of flavors and creaminess. Although I appreciated the quality of the custard, the underwhelming service and unaccommodating atmosphere left me hesitant about returning to the same location. I'm willing to give Andy's Frozen Custard another shot, but I'll likely explore a different location in hopes of a more positive encounter.

    Super nice icecreams!

Friendly staff and the drive through is quick with an additional staff waiting to take the order before the actual pickup window.

Super creamy and delicious! My only complaint is that the concretes are never fully mixed. I usually have all my mix-in at the top and once I get to the bottom of the cup, it’s mainly just custard.
