Bakery Lorraine at Domain Northside

Love this adorable little place!
It was my first time popping in after having dinner with a friend and their little macaroons were to die for!

I'm not even kidding, we even went back for some more of them, another little six pack and I don't think I have ever done that before, normally just a couple do the trick.
But these were so damn delicious, (and freshly chewy) sweet baby Jesus mother of God I'm so glad they were closing or we would have been forced to stay and have even more! 🙏

My favorites were obviously the chocolate, and then surprisingly the little blue ones which were the Earl Gray with some interesting notes of something citrus and maybe some lavender? They were amazing as well, definitely not to take away from the other flavors but they were just my personal favorite ones.

Friendly service as well, it felt very welcoming and warm which was very nice since it a chilly evening.
Definitely recommend this place, just based off of the macaroons and coffee alone, I can't even imagine what their other delicacies, pastries, pies and desserts, etc. are like, but I am quite sure that they are just as fresh and delicious (well almost!) 😜

Love this bakery. Awesome pastries and beverages. I am glad they have outdoors so I can go with my daughter and feel safe. The Chai latte was delicious.Thank you!

Bakery Lorraine is definitely a cute coffee shop with a nice atmosphere to relax and bring friends or family to spend time with. With that said, it’s frustrating that their best menu items being in the breakfast menu aren’t available except for the early morning hours. I would recommend revamping the menu and working on improving the quality of the coffees served to bring this to some of the top notch competitors. **A bonus item would be adding genuine bakery items that are freshly baked in-store given the name.

Definitely the best fruit tart in Austin. The quiche flavor was exceptional.. albeit a slightly more creamy texture than I'm accustomed to. Staff very friendly. Latte pretty good. Overall 9/10 definitely recommend.
