I don't know why Austin and especially South Austin can't do a good NY style pizza (besides homeslice), so leaving a review in the hopes this place gets popular and stays. They do white pizzas (again, don't know why everyone doesn't do these). The Roman style is amazing, better than an 8 corner Detroit pizza. All ingredients are 1st class, so even something as simple as garlic knots are just so good.
Staff was nice. Pizza was good.
The Ghostline Kitchen place is a pretty cool idea. I went up to two different pick up windows. (We wanted different things to eat.) They were dirty and sloppy kitchens, staff looked like their kitchens.
Baldinucci doesn't have a pick up window.
Baldinucci is going to be your new favorite pizza place in Austin. The pizza Romana is a square style pizza with a slightly thicker, but lighter, crust. It’s light and doughy inside and crisp and lightly oiled outside, kind of like focaccia, but even lighter inside. This place nails it and all the pizzas I’ve tried have been fantastic. This is not a dine in spot though, it’s all to-go or delivery.
Delicious! We got a Roman-style pizza with a Greek salad. Both were so unbelievably fresh, perfectly prepared with quality ingredients. You can tell lots of thought went into everything. Hit the spot and was so satisfying. Can't wait to try all the other flavors!
Best pizza in Austin hands down. The Roman-style crust was amazing, perfect combination of crunchy and light. The garlic knots were flavor bombs. Salvatore and Patricia were wonderful and made the experience just perfect. This is our new pizza place!
