Bamboo Bistro North

I ordered the Bangkok Spicy Noodles and they were phenomenal with a substantial portion size, great flavor, and the right amount of heat! I ordered on DoorDash and the service by the restaurant and delivery was very quick ???

The service at this restaurant is unparalleled! They are SO friendly and accommodating! I literally placed my delivery at the wrong location and the manager sorted it out and had my order ready in minutes. They are amazing!
Also the thai spicy soup CANNOT BE BEAT!!! I crave it all the time! It is a punch of flavor and heat and is so good!

I am legitimately impressed by the Bamboo Bistro we just visited from the service, to the food itself! The only time I've ever eaten from this place was possibly over a year ago & we ordered things through something like GrubHub! Got our diff foods & things were alright..but nothing more than that. :/ (it was likely from a diff location all together when i think about logistics) That's all i really remember about it...
Tonight was a diff story! First off, when we walked in we were quickly greeted by a very nice, friendly, & helpful lady who seated us & took our orders. The inside of this location off Burnet Rd was really nice and roomy with many types of seating like table& chairs, booths, and even 'bar height' tables with tall stool seats& some tables outside on their patio type area. Just overall great use of space w/o a crowded feel to it! (which i obviously love, lol) I thought, "that's a pretty great selection of foods on their menu... I wonder if it'll be a while before everything comes out? Hmm, maybe I'll pull out my phone for a few mins to pass some time.." and no more than 5 or 6mins could have passed when all our food was bought out! I couldn't believe how quick they were! EVERYthing that should of been hot, was. And even their choice of dishes seemed to help everything just.. FeEL nice? Lol.. Going over things, every detail.. The ONLY slightly bad/not great thing i could say about Bamboo Bistro was about the soda actually. Both glasses of the Diet Coke i got had NO fizz when drinking them.. A few bubbles were stuck to the insides of the glass/cup but that seemed to be all? My bf ordered the iced tea, so of course, he didn't have a fizz issue. :/ Everything else was SO fantastic about dinner that night that i didn't even bother to mention it to any of the staff! (i've worked in enough ~food industry~ jobs over the yrs to know how it tastes when the soda machines syrup runs out or if there might be a machine related carbonation issue. And really, I'm pretty sure both times our cups were unintentionally thunked down on the table a biiiit too hard >·> Wonder if more people order the teas and waters in an attempt to become.. more healthy? X) *shrug*
GO EAT AT THIS BAMBOO BISTRO, A++ I give it a giant gold star! ;P
