Took my family here on a weeknight because we were craving paella and it was an amazing choice! Our server had great recommendations and we loved everything we tried. We will be back!

Can not give this mom and pop restaurant enough stars. Wheelchair accessible. Very clean. Friendly servers and the chef was amazing and came out for a photo. Included 15 pictures. The food is out of this world. Paella with jumbo shrimps is a must, meatballs were finger licking good but the best for this foodie was the blood sausages. It's a must. Thank you Barlata, you are amazingly brilliant. We thank you Chef Daniel.

What a find! Not only are they a welcoming group, from Vanessa out front to Carlos, our server, but their food is AMAZING! We have been to Spain a few times and this is the first restaurant, outside of Spain, that had fabulous Tapas food. From their creative and delicious cocktails to the lightest and yummiest calamari ( frito mixto) to the gazpacho and creamy mussels paella, no dish was below superb!
We can’t wait to come back!!!

I can give it a 5 on the ambience and environment and service as well but the quality of the food needs a little more work. I would describe the food as average. This is definitely not a traditional Tapas place if you are expecting it to be. It is more of a hybrid or fusion tapas place with a Texas twist. The portion sizes are small obviously, so make sure to order multiple ones. The drinks are good as the service is really good. Weekdays aren't busy but for weekends I would suggest reserving in advance. I used OpenTable. The kobe was a little different than what I was expecting so I'm not sure how to describe it. The salmon was great though, it's a must try. Wine is half price on Tuesdays and parking is available on site. Parking is limited to 3 hrs though.
