BELLY UP!

NOTE!: THEY ARE NOT CLOSED - they moved to 4713 East Cesar Chavez. Belly Up makes a great rice bowls and sliders. Been eating their food since they were at Indian Roller, Red Shed Tavern, and the Alibi. Their poke bowls are also pretty solid.

Update, Belly Up is relaunching as Belly Up! 2.0. They will start at Crockett Center in South Austin (where Strange Brew used to be).

Then around March, they will move into the District Five trailer based business park (10701 Menchaca Rd. - Across from South Austin Beer Gardin)

Had a cheeseburger slider and pork belly slider. Don't like mayo AT ALL, but the seasoned may they had was was great and non-mayonnaisey. I'll 4 sure be back.

This place is legit if you are a fan of fresh made food. The ingredients are fresh and everything is made to order so I'll definitely wait for good grub. The pork belly was cooked to perfection and the habanero sauce had just the right amount of spice. Gotta get the fried cauliflower as well, definitely a unique slider experience!

Guys. You don't know what you're missing. This place is so good. It's one of the top tier food trucks in Austin IMO - like East Side Kings, go back for more kind of way.
