Cool little joint. It's run entirely on volunteers who are so kind. Menu is reasonably priced and pretty tasty. Eco packaging and pretty good!

Extensive menu of authentic Vietnamese, plant-based dishes so good you won't miss the meat. I'll admit the glass noodles give me heartburn, but I keep coming back for more. Don't skip the appetizers, and do phone ahead. The parking lot is small and there's usually only one table for dining al fresco. This is Parker Lane's best hidden gem.

I'm thrilled every time an errand brings me close to this food truck spot!!! A fully decadent, fully vegan menu is rife with noodles, soups, house-made proteins, and even drinks & desserts! Nothing is priced over $6 (desserts are $3) and the place is run by volunteers as a ministry. Served in sustainable containers.
There is a covered table for eating in. Don't expect your food to be super fast, we're all waiting our turn ;)

OMG!! It was bomb!!. Drove by a few times but never had the time to stop. The lady that helped me was helpful and most of all,she was super nice. I got soup with glass noodles, tofu, mushrooms, bean sprouts and other veggies. It was delicious. It hit the spot. Definitely going again!
