Brunch Bird

My wife and I split the stuffed French toast and the bacon Bleu burger and both of them were incredibly tasty! The vegan bleu cheese is remarkable, the ciabatta bun is perfect, and the bacon/impossible/mushroom combo is deliciously savory. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a Farmer John sandwich here, which was fantastic—excited to go back and try everything. It's inside RiverCity Market, which doesn't have a ton of parking spaces, but there's lots of street parking nearby. Quick and friendly service as well!

Absolutely amazing! They have ample gluten free options (I had the gf stuffed french toast, and it was so delicious!). Definitely our new favorite brunch spot, and so happy they're in South Austin! They may seem a little pricey, but for the amount of food you get, and the thought and quality of their options, I would say it's absolutely worth every penny!

Had the Bleu Bird Burger on gluten-free toast this afternoon and was blown away by the fabulous combination of flavors! That funky hit from the bleu cheez is wonderfully complemented by the sweet onion jam. The mayo rounds out the mouthfeel while the Impossible patty serves as a great base. Definitely recommend.

Owned and operated by one of the best chefs of the Austin vegan scene, Brunch Bird has incredibly tasty brunch sandwiches, as well as biscuits & gravy, French toast, pancakes, and more. Can’t wait to return more often in 2021 & can’t recommend this place highly enough :)
