Bruster's Real Ice Cream

We used Bruster's team for a catering event a few weeks ago and we had a great experience! Their manager helped us figure out what we needed to schedule the event at a home residence via email. We had two staff members join us for the event. They were on time, served delicious ice cream, and did a great job cleaning up. The cherry on top for us was when they adjusted their service time because of our other vendors showed up late. They were so gracious and were a great addition to our party. We love their ice cream & really loved having their team there to help us celebrate a special occasion with our favorite dessert.

Ice cream is good and there’s lots of options for flavors and recipes, but I came here on a busy Saturday night and there were 6 or 7 early teens working there and running the place in a very inefficient manner. They seemed to be having a good time, dropping ice cream, running from one side to another, laughing a lot but this is a bit frustrating for a customer and kind of unprofessional. I get that it is an ice cream shop not a serious restaurant but they should have at least 1 adult in there keeping the place in order and running smoothly.

Great ice cream! A lovely walk up ordering porch with a nice yard in the back and umbrella covered tables with grass. A very pleasant place to bring the kids and the puppies. The waffle cones are fabulous - crunchy and lite at the same time. The milkshakes are delicious too!

Great atmosphere, takeout only and it's cold out in the evening so be prepared! Quality service and great ice cream with some interesting flavor selections. I got the banana one out of curiosity and it was pretty good, very very generous portioning which didn't leave me feeling dissatisfied given the price. (It's a little expensive). Only thing was the price is a little high and I thought mine was a little sweet for my taste, but otherwise an amazing experience.
