An Austin icon, neatly hidden right in the middle of town. The course is easy enough for non-golfers to meander along or for committed golfers to sharpen up on. Cool mix of local beers and Butler swag at the shop, and the best burgers in town are in the food truck outside. Gets super hot in the summer afternoon, but shade helps.
Some friends and met up here on Ladies’ Night to get some play in and have a good time. I am a new golfer and had not played at this, or any 9-hole, course before so I was a bit confused at first. Once I figured things out, I was able to use my pitching wedge from the tee for the first time. I played horribly but the staff was super friendly and the food truck was serving up great burgers.
Course and putting green were in good condition and place is managed well. Good food/drink/merch selection. Great for experienced golfers and those new to the game. Really chill atmosphere. Had a ton of fun and definitely plan to come back.
A super fun and chill par 3 golf course where you cann bring your dog, your kid, your date, your booze or whatever. Rules are for the country club and this place is great for a quick round to work on your short game. The greens are large vut very slow. I have been here a dozen times and plan to go back a dozen more.
This is a great local spot. It is a laid-back short golf course where everybody is unassuming and friendly. As long as you go with the proper expectations you will have fun. It’s perfect to kill a few hours on a nice day.
