Celis Brewery

Glad to see the Celis beers available. I've tracked these through several ressurections. The flavors are unmistakable.

Celis. Is. Awesome.
First of all, I started on the Austin Brewery scene almost a year ago, and Celis was my first stop. The staff has been wonderful, and they entertain my beer concoctions. I highly recommend half Raspberry with half Lime, and the Violet Quad. Great atmosphere, I love the love music they offer. The new food truck offers many options which has been a joy to have.
Celis has a great back story, and you can tell that they are dedicated to their craft. Sanitation protocols have also been made into their routine, much appreciated!

The person working the bar was great and knowledgeable. We were able to sample but not able to do flights due to government COVID bylaws. The place was very clean. Seating outside with picnic tables under tents for shade and plenty of indoor seating too. There is a gift shop for souvenirs and a fridge full of cans to go. They have growler fills and a food truck. The tables have a QR code to pull up the food menu on your phone.

The celis brewery is so effing amazing. Great drinks and absolutely try the food at the truck. Can't go wrong. Btw, Nicky is more than perfect!!

Celis Brewery so graciously donated beer for our sisterhood retreat. Many of the girls had not tried it before and we only had raving reviews once we did. The top hits were the Raspberry and the LoLow. They were super refreshing on a hot summer weekend by the pool. Can't wait to visit the tap room!
