We LOVE brunch at El Alma. The food is delicious, the service is always the best and it's location is perfect! I mean, I don't consider myself 'hip' but I feel hip on that patio. So if I feel hip I guess I am hip while I'm there. That's why I try to get there often. Go try it- be hip! Cheers!

A great and authentic restaurant just a short walk away from the river.

Their drinks are great tasting (I recommend a bloody Mary) and the food looks like it was made in Mexico using local ingredients. I'd recommend trying something that you can't make at home, and leave some room for a cocktail or two.

One of my favorite local Austin spots. You can find authentic Mexican food with a unique flavor. I am completely obsessed with their signature avocado-rita (not as bad is it sounds). They have a rooftop seating area that's perfect for a nice day! The food and staff will not disappoint.

Always great! Atmosphere is casual, warm and inviting. The food is excellent, with their Duck Tacos at the top of my favorite dishes anywhere. Great place to pop in for lunch during the week, and lovely to sit on their rooftop patio on a nice day.
