Excellent food and cocktails. Had the tasting menu and every course was well prepared and executed. Food came out well timed, so we.had enough time to enjoy each plate before the next arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful making suggestions for cocktails to compliment the food. Perfect place to celebrate, or for a business dinner.

This dining experience here is truly top notch. Casual, quaint, exciting, and excellent. My friend and I both had the chefs choice menu with absolutely no regrets.

Instantly one of my top 5 restaurant choices in my life. The flavors are incredibly balanced in the food and the cocktails. The pacing of the menu felt great and we had 10 total dishes for $95 each. I could have happily paid 50% more.

I would give this place 6/5 if possible, truly. The desert left me wanting more, but I'm not a desert person.

We went here as our "splurge" meal in Austin and it was 100% worth it. We got the chef's choice meal ($75/person in Jan 2022) and it was so delicious. The flavors were fun, and it was brought in many small courses to keep it interesting. Lots of new flavor combos we had never tried before. They were able to substitute something else for me instead of raw fish, and all of the staff were excellent.

We were sold on the tasting menu by a friendly yet somewhat pushy and verbose waiter. I think the spiel was about 8 minutes long. It was $75 pp which was fine, but after wine and cocktails it becomes a very expensive dinner very quickly. So, with a high price tag comes high expectations which were never met.

The toughest part was the coursing of the tasting menu. It was oddly organized (bread came out in the middle) and there's way too many random small bite courses. Our meal literally lasted THREE AND A HALF HOURS!!!!!!! It was never ending. There was some highlights, namely the delicious steak. The lowlight was the dessert. The chocolate rum cake was so rum forward it was virtually inedible. I love chocolate desserts, but this was a big miss.

Overall, I'd give the place a C+. It has a nice vibe and they're trying, but no one in the US wants to do a 3.5 hour dinner on a Sunday night. Our reservation was 7:30 and we walked out of there at 11:00pm $300 poorer.

The experience is awesome. The menu is derived from the availability of local farms and the season you visit this beautiful restaurant. The food delivered from the kitchen is top-notch and the service is world class. Worth the bill and I will happily spend good money here again.
