New World Deli

For all the times we've eaten here, I can't believe I've not already given well-deserved kudo's! These are really friendly folks who know how to prepare really good deli sandwiches, salads, soups. They have chips and tasty desserts, wine, and beer. Our super favorites are the curried chicken salad and mixed deli sandwiches. We feel covid safe with the masks, table spacing and watching them clean when people leave. They appreciate you and your business!

This place is really special to me (and a plethora of folks, it seems, understandably). I've been going somewhat habitually for the past 5 years and their consistency is noteworthy. I order a "Make Your Own Darn Sandwich" that's a little unique, and I don't think they've ever messed it up. That and the food quality is routinely excellent. Staff is kind to me and have a great sense of humor. Portions are generous and oftentimes make good leftovers. I've been online ordering since quarantine commenced, but service quality has not lessened. I miss the ambience of their dining room for now, but will absolutely be back inside when public health matters improve. Thank you guys for running a top-tier deli!!

Hands down one of the best places around. It is personally my favorite sandwich I have found here in town after a decade. I highly recommend this mom and pop deli!

One of the beat sandwiches I have had in Austin ever, and I’ve been here a decade. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. The people here are awesome also and portions are healthy.

For anyone deciding what to get, GET THE BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER. I am totally a buffalo chicken wing person, but this side dish really made me think twice about that. Absolutely delicious, fresh, buffalo-y. I think I ate it under 4 minutes. This was my first time here and I plan on eating everything on the menu.
