Pedroso's Pizza The Trailer

Food was top notch!!!! not really a warning, but because they are so popular you do need to order ahead (online). There is a small seating area next to the trailer.

Keep in mind they can get very busy, best to order ahead. Pizza is delicious. Toppings are thoughtful and flavorful. If you plan it out, it’s a really good slice of pie.

This place was amazing beyond belief. My fiancée and I moved to Austin from New York in 2019 and have been on the hunt for a taste of home ever since. I can honestly say the flavor and texture of this pizza was extremely similar to our favorite NYC spots and exponentially better than anything else we’ve gotten around here. We ordered a custom 1/2 pizza meatball 1/2 ricotta spinach plus a pepperoni and cheese calzone and they were both incredible.

We ordered online before we headed over but the estimated ready time was very accurate. Can’t wait to go again!!

I’m not a huge pizza person but I make an exception for a good NY slice, and Pedrosos delivers! First place I’ve been excited to get pizza at since leaving NYC. Everything I’ve tried is good, but the white pie w/ ricotta, spinach and sausage especially hits the spot.

Literally only complaint is how often they sell out - try on a weekday or plan ahead (you can schedule an order for pickup or delivery in advance)

This is some of the best pizza in Austin. It’s even more amazing knowing it comes out of a trailer. Order in advance and don’t trust the completion time but we’ll worth the wait. Ricotta and pep was a treat. Meatballs were top notch as well.
