Pho Craft

A March cold front blew in so I took that as I sign to grab some Pho to-go and try out Pho Craft, and I'm glad I did. I ordered online and it was ready very quickly (less than 10 mins). Everything was packaged very well, including putting the broth in a separate container from the noodles and protein. The pho was inviting and delicious, perfect on a chilly day.

I will absolutely be returning to try their other offerings.

Very welcome addition to the neighborhood. We tried the fried spring rolls and vermicelli bowls with grilled chicken and grilled pork. All were packed with flavor and very fresh tasting. Can’t wait to go back to try the rest of the menu. When it’s a bit warmer out, looking forward to taking advantage of their outdoor seating.

The beef pho broth was some of the best I've had in town. Extensive menu too for a trailer. There's a private little parking area right off of airport blvd with a nice patio. Looking forward to having a good Viet spot along my commute.

The tofu banh mi was incredible!! Pho smelled so good I know I’ll be back soon to try it! Tons of delicious veg-friendly items. Convenient location and super friendly service with a cute outdoor seating area.
