    This location has awful service when it comes to take-out orders. Order is wrong more than half the time, usually missing sauces, and the staff working the front desk couldn't be lazier. Pluckers is unfortunately the best chicken near me, otherwise I would stop coming here in a heartbeat.

    Edit: After the reply below from Pluckers I contacted the general manager and he offered a gift card worth a few meals, so I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. In the time since I originally wrote the review my experience at this location has improved, so I can only guess they passed on my feeback to he management there.

    Food was great. Michelada was awesome! Ask for Chase, he is amazing!!! Tables were sanitized when people left.
    Can’t say too much for the hostess. She was bothered with her job. Her entire body language screamed that she didn’t want to be there. Chase saved us from her and became our waiter.
