    Manager made sure I was taken care of. The food was hot and fresh. I'd definitely eat there again when in the area.

    Meh. The fried chicken was fine, but nothing to go out of the way for. The staff working the counter had no idea what was going on, there were about 12 people waiting and only one getting served every ~60 seconds, so it took a while and even then they messed up our orders twice. I'd equate this to "any other fast food joint" without much more praise than that.

    Food is really good. Some personnel treat you like they own the place and you're a long lost best bud. Others seem to think you shouldn't even be in their neighborhood. Drive-through is more dependable. I do wish there were a bunch more locations in Austin.

    Love this location! Just had a great experience! Staff was helpful, friendly, and seemed like they were having fun while they worked which put me in a good mood, too. Food was great!
