(February 27, 2020, 3:52 pm)Normally I love this location. Every morning I place my order through the app before I leave home, then I run in and grab my drinks. Flawless!!! Lately there have occasionally been new baristas working the morning shift. This is a disaster! I run in, see 10 people standing around waiting, look for my order that is NOT THERE, NOT EVEN STARTED, and I wait. Really? Don’t schedule inexperienced employees during the most critical shift of the day. I don’t know when I need to place my order 10 minutes earlier due to your scheduling. I rely on you to get my day off to a good start, and normally you do, but on days like today...

(May 17, 2019, 6:48 pm)One of my favorite Starbucks. Strategically located on McNeil and Parmer, it's large with big tables all with multiple electrical plugs. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Great place for meetings or hanging out. Can get busy in the afternoons.
