Been into this Starbucks for 2 years now and their customer service is Perfect! What I love about this place is the people in there. They treat you like an angel. They’re memorized my name and recognized me. 6/5 ?

I have enjoyed the outdoor seating area over the summer and now it is even better as the weather is cooling off. I've changed up my order from iced coffee to hot coffee now.

I don’t typically write reviews but I stopped at this Starbucks location after grabbing a quick lunch on my way back to Dallas when a super sweet and charismatic woman by the name Cat made my day! This was about a month ago and she was just so sweet that I had to hunt down this location and write a review. She shared with me that she always thinks about the actions that her words will have on others, and that you never know what kind of day someone is having. I could tell she shared this kindness and enthusiasm with all of her customers. Thank you Cat, we need more people like you in the world!!

Friendly staff and cleanly kept. Easy to follow signage with covid19 guidelines. Good location.

Covid review: Great experience ordering online and picking up in store. It took about 5 minutes from order to pick up and the store was pretty much empty. My only qualm with this location is the number of homeless people that hang around the front of it, but that’s downtown Austin for you.

Highly recommend their Cold Brew with Cinnamon Almond Milk Foam. Very refreshing and lightly sweet!
