Starbucks

I always come to this Starbucks to get my morning coffee, and this time it was very disappointing. I got my coffee and it wasn't even full! I really wished it was a mistake, and not doing this to other customers as well. That's very unacceptable.

I don’t write reviews often, typically only if I find something worth taking the time but this location is worth it!! This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to!! The best coffees, the best staff, the best attitudes! Management is incredibly nice as well as their employees, always so upbeat, energetic and give me a laugh! I always try to make sure to get my coffees from this location as often as possible because my drinks are perfect every. Single. Time! Love love love :))

Still great service despite COVID-19 precautions. I come through the drive thru every other day and the employees are always so kind. They seem to genuinely care about asking how my day is. Only a couple bad experiences over the past 3 years but the positives far outweigh the negatives. These folks work hard and deserve the recognition. Thanks Starbucks!

It’s a Starbucks, just like any other Starbucks anywhere else in the us.... it’s in a great location, always clean, and usually pretty busy. With the type of speed and level of traffic, I’ve had a few mix ups with orders, but nothing that a quick question or request couldn’t fix, and it’s always done with a laugh,a joke, or a light hearted “sorry, let me get that fixed!” With the level of customers these guys see in a day, as noisy as it gets, and as fast and accurate as they try to be, there’s bound to be some mistakes every once in a while. And I’d be lying if I said some of those mix ups weren’t from me just not paying attention. The baristas handle it all like a choreographed dance.

Awesome place.One of the best Starbucks I've visited in Austin till now. They also have outside seating which i liked the most about this location.
