Cute place. Cute food. But most importantly, tasty. Their take out experience for Onigiri is especially delightful!

This place is awesome. Not only is the presentation very well thought out, but the food tastes great. Careful, there is technically no refill on coffee and tea, unless you ask nicely and they may give you a second cup :-)

Delicious food. One of the few recommendations from Eater Austin that I think is worth a return trip. Easy parking situation and far enough away from traffic for an easy visit. You should eat here because the menu is so small that that it makes choosing something to eat easy. There is no second guessing your choices because everything on the menu is good. If you're reading this @sugarpine please don't change. (Maybe go back to your original prices though)

I think characterizing this place as primarily a dessert shop is doing a huge disservice - we have been three times within the past week ???? because the onigiri, appetizers, and bento were so on-point and reasonably priced! Everything we have tried, from coffee, curated beers, to the ice cream with homemade toppings have been delicious and unique. The space is charming but feels like it is still figuring out its identity - in any case I am thrilled to have more excellent Japanese food right in my neighborhood!

    Hidden gem in Austin!

I ordered two Onigiri's, i.e. spicy tuna and spicy tofu - on-point and easy on the eyes.

Cashier was quite nice and made sure to accommodate our large group of 10+. I'll be sure to try some of their home-made ice cream the next time around.
