Sunny's Backyard

I came to this bar a few weekends ago for my sisters birthday and fell in love. The interior is so cute and cozy and the bartenders are so sweet. Honestly the reason we keep coming back is because the service has been awesome! Highly recommend trying the food truck too! Love love love this place ❤️

Great dog friendly outdoor patio that can seat a lot of groups with plenty of shade from the large trees. There's a good food truck that serves vegan food that is pretty darn good. Portions are large so I'd account for sharing unless you like some for later to take home.

The drinks contain Texas beers and fancy cocktails. I'd recommend their happy hour or reverse happy hour if you want to save a few bucks.

I like this place due to the unpretentious nature / chill vibe I get. The people are nice working there and super friendly.

The only downside is we went when it was colder and they don't have patio heaters so bundle up if you are planning on going when it's cold.

I could go on and on about how amazing this place is. With their delicious vegan offerings, fun/tasty cocktails and out-of-this-world service, Sunny's fits fabulously into the Austin dining space. Although my partner and I are not vegan, we were truly delighted by how delicious our burger was.Their menu is evolving as they continue to focus on the guest, which is essential for any business to adapt and survive in a competitive place like Austin. Sunny's is a smart and delicious restaurant staffed by people who truly prioritize an excellent guest experience. Needless to say, I will be returning!!!!

Getting food at Sunny's was amazing. We stopped on our drive in from Houston and loved the Bulgogi tacos and Korean Fried Chicken. Everything was incredibly flavorful and the texture of the chicken was very convincing. We couldn't stop thinking about it during our whole trip to Austin. We hope Sunny's will expand to Houston one day!

Great food and amazing vibe. Went for happy hour on a Friday. Cool pub inside and groovy outdoor patio outside. The spare rib was very flavorful. Everything on the menu looked amazing and I had a hard time picking just one thing to eat. I’ll definitely be back to try out more menu items!
