Kimmy was SO FRIENDLY and helpful with her recommendations, as this was my first visit to them! I love the bite-sized portions (because it allows me to try more than one at a time!) and the seasonal options that were available! Such a cute, and yummy, little spot.

This place is BOMB. The cheesecake bites are seriously delicious! I love the idea of small bites because you can sample all the different and fun flavors! Kimmie is also the sweetest! Her customer service is phenomenal and you can tell she is passionate about her work. I will recommend this place to EVERYONE I know. I live in Kyle and will literally drive into Austin just for this cheesecake now that I know about this place. Kimmie was gracious enough to even give us a free bite to ensure we got the full experience of trying all the flavors. I LOVE this place and owner ❤️.

Kimmie Possible is behind the counter just serving up so much love in every bite. So when you need that amazing cheesecake fix, call her beep her or just drive up during business hours. Either way you'll find yourself in paradise.
The cookie crumble is made to a perfect crisp with a delightful and invigorating buttery burn crunch. The cheesecake itself finds a remarkably balanced amount of fluffy and creamy in every bite. Not to mention the assorted flavors that hit the mark for all the cravings I can imagine. Today I had espresso coffee flavor, the orange cream, the chocolate with Ghirardelli drizzle and of course the classic New York style. Count yourself lucky if you find your way into the parking lot where these nice, hard working folks park the trailer. I'm double lucky since I'm just right down the street. Can't wait to try other flavors ?

These cheesecake bites are delicious and just the right size. The crusts are the best part. We ordered one of each. They were so rich that the kids could only eat one. And the owner was super sweet and answered all of our questions. We will definitely return next time we are in Austin.
