Way South Philly Deli

These are the best Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches I have ever eaten. The tater tots are also really good! Go treat yourself.

Authentic Philly cheese steak! Cheez whiz is of course key. Fresh rolls. Good amount of meat, onions, and on mine today mushrooms. The Paulie. Got a side of tots with the sandwich. They were good but cost $3.50 for a standard size order. I think that is a little high. With as big as the sandwich is though you really don't need a side. I had been to the original truck downtown a few times. This was only my second trip to the Burnet Rd deli location. Recommended.

First visit today. Loved the Thunder Lips sandwich and whole deli pickle! My friend got the Paulie with a side of tots. Everything was amazing! If you get a pickle on the side you can fish it out yourself. I do not think the whole menu is on the wall so be sure to check out the paper pamphlet at the counter or look at the menu online. Best cheese steak in Austin! I will be going back soon!

Always an experience when I visit. This place is a hidden gem. The service is always amazing, the food is amazing, and the pickles are equally amazing. I had never gone for lunch so time was a concern for me -- it should not have been. From order to receipt, I was in an out in no more than 15 minutes with everything being cooked to order. I won't lie, prices are a bit steep for what I want to pay for lunch regularly, but every now and then I treat myself. If you're near North Loop and Burnet Road, stop on by.
