Absolutely excellent food! Love the vegetarian/vegan options, and the Ube desserts are to die for. Owner was also very sweet and friendly! Definitely recommend.

My spouse has been telling me that I need to eat here for a while and so I finally did. I got the Longanisa Sliders and Loco Moco Bibimsalag. The latter is essentially bibimbap with Filipino characteristics, and so if you like bibimbap you'll love the bibimsalag. The sliders were also great, mixing sweet and savory, with shredded carrots that were a perfect complement to the very tasty whole.

The bibimsalag comes with beef gravy and also Korean kochujang (red pepper paste) so you can apply both or either as taste dictates. It's not super-hot, but the red pepper paste gives you the option to add more heat.

The sliders are just the right mixture of sweet and savory.

For drinks we got the Calamansi soda and the cantaloupe juice. I've never had cantaloupe juice before: it was amazingly cool, crisp, and refreshing.

Finally, we had the Ube Oreo Banana Pudding (with strawberries on top) for dessert, and, well, it was a delicious purple ube banana pudding that perfectly rounds out an altogether tasty and delicious meal.

Service was quick, especially as the entrees were made to order and the staff was friendly and courteous. This was especially nice as it was the last hour of service.

Parking for the collection of food trucks here was good at around 8:00 PM.

I look forward to eating here again.

Wanted to give it a higher rating, but the food was just soo salty!

The waffles were good though, especially the Thai Tea waffle with the coffee dipping sauce. The korean fried chicken was nice and crispy but again, salty. I found myself drinking at least 2 bottles of water to offset the saltiness. Maybe it was an off day, but make sure you bring a drink if you want to try the savory food!

The Sinigang Fries were very salty but the lemon helped, very strong shrimpy flavor if you're into that!

I tried the Sweet and Spicy Korean Fried Chicken, Sinigang Fries, Thai Tea Waffle, and Loco Moco Bibimsilog.

I have been here multiple times and every time I have something different. All of the foods like the chick and waffles, the seaweed and rice paper chips, and the bimbimsilog bowl have been amazing. This place has unique combinations and the taste of the food is immaculate. If you want to try something new, I highly recommend this place. But be careful, you’ll be addicted once you try it.

I got the BibimSilog with tofu. I wish I would have taken a better picture I legit took a screen shot from the video I took. That’s not even relevant the food was absolutely delicious!!! The fact that I couldn’t eat it fresh bc I was working is enough to give them five stars it was sooo good even after a while. Great service, great owners, and I will be back to try more!!!
