We went to Rumi’s after seeing their Sunday brunch mentioned on their events page. We were a bit early as they opened at noon and not the 11 am mentioned on their Facebook page.

They no longer have brunch but they were very friendly and it was a good time to watch some NFL, shoot pool, and listen to music on their juke box. We were given a tour of the facilities. I know there is a ton of great potential and I believe that the leadership there wants to meet that potential. We will be back again soon.

This could have easily been a one or two star review but I really enjoyed it there despite our expectations on our way there.

We love this place! Full disclosure, it is only 5 minutes away. The staff is friendly, the drinks are tasty, and the live music is quite good. If you order dinner, you will not be disappointed. It is served in casual baskets or paper plates, but is quality food. Here, you order your food at the bar, and find a table. If you go on a Thursday evening, you can enjoy a steak or fish dinner. Call the place earlier in the day to reserve one of these dinners. On these nights, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., they have live music appropriate for dining. Look online or call them to find out what they have going on. They sometimes have karaoke, pool tournaments, or food specials. Free tacos are every Tuesday evening.
