McDonald's

I was surprised that the service and quality of the food were outstanding! Especially because we were heading to First Monday Trade Days Saturday morning and this McDonald's was packed! An employee help us at the kiosk so we wouldn't have to wait in line, and had another lady who take our order to our table. Exceptional customer service with friendly staff! Definitely will be going back on our next trip to Canton!

4 stars because...they have still not put in a changing table here in a place pretty much catered to little people. However...it is always a clean establishment and my kids love the play area(which for those wondering it is separated from the main dining area, however that is the space closest to the bathrooms.

The food is...McDonald's food so...no need in explaining that. The manager looks a bit mean but he does make things right if there are issues. Everyone else has been great there.

The lady in the drive thru was great, awesome customer service and she was just so nice when taking my order. Wish most fast-food places around canton area was like that. It was kinda windy but she heard me just fine and didn't mess up my order not once. Will return to this McDonald's because of her and Because the food was delicious :)

Another good McDonald's. Can't ask for much more
All McDonald's taste the same. Service is good when the right crew is on duty. The night crew is mostly made up of school kids who have no work ethnic.
