Hartz Chicken Buffet

My first time eating there was okay. I may not return as the cashier appeared to have an attitude. Overall, it was not bad.

The staff are friendly and helpful. At lunch you sometimes have to wait for things to be refilled on the buffet. But not too long.

Great tastings chicken and also comes in buffet. Nicely seasoned chicken and breading very tasty. A good variety on the buffet with dessert included a gave this experince two thumbs up.

You get what you pay for. I was in a hurry and stopped by. It was lunch time and the place was packed. Lady behind counter seemed to be really stressing with the rest of the staff. Quality of food was cheap. The fact is the palace was packed so they have there following.

This location has been redeeming itself after a bit of a management rough patch. Facility is clean but in the dining room and in the fairly open kitchen area. Foods on the Buffet are rotated to stay fresh and seems to be kept at safe temperatures. Food quality is consistent and comparable to other locations. The exterior could use some TLC and the drive through configuration is a bit odd.
