Wow all around. New waitress Savanna was kind and fast. Definitely coming back!

The food was great, had the Tonkotsu Ramen the broth had a good flavor to it and the topping were tasty and presented well. I will be going again in the future. For an opening day visit it was not bad, the wait for the food was on the long side, but I am sure it will speed up once they are over the 1st few days, they kept the drinks full and gave updates when asked while waiting. The layout was also very nice and gave a warm welcoming feeling.

I am giving the service a lot of wiggle room because today is their grand opening and the place was SWAMPED. We were seated right away, and while it took a really long time for food to come out (again, I am blaming it being day 1) the food was INCREDIBLE.

No joke, the best gyoza I have had in Texas, maybe ever. The sushi is gorgeous as well as tasty, whether you’re going for traditional nigiri or a roll. The ramen is legitimate ramen, and while my spicy miso wasn’t as spicy as I’d like, it was easily fixed with some chili crisp and the chashu was delicious in it. If you’re looking for legitimate Japanese food, this is definitely far and away the best you’ll get in Huntsville. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

After I was seated it took 30 minutes for anyone to take my drink and food order. Then, it took an hour to get my appetizer. When I finally got my food, it was very bland.
I also ordered a sushi roll and it took at least half an hour to get to my table.

OK, so they made it right and the service wasn't quite as bad. The food still isn't the greatest, but I can chalk that up to it being the first day.

It was chaotic for the first day. Katelynn was my server. She super sweet. Definitely going to request her every time.
