They should change the name to palace “hurts” pasta cause the food is so good, you’re gonna hurt yourself eating it all gone. To add the cherry on top. The cupcakes are on melt in your mouth. “Went here for the first time today with my wife. I ordered a traditional with salt and cheese then waited as it was made fresh to order. The woman running the truck was very nice and polite! Now let's get to the pretzel. First impression is that it is BIG, much larger than a Target pretzel. I asked for extra salt and she did not disappoint. The crust of the pretzel has a good crunch to it and the inside is nice and doughy. Tried it with the cheese and loved it. My only gripe would be that I like more butter on my pretzels, but next time I'll just ask for extra and I'm sure it'll be perfect. Great pretzel, can't wait to try their pepperoni sandwich next.”
