(October 18, 2021, 4:17 pm)My favorite Chinese place in Laredo. I had it for the first time in two years recently, and it was so good. The orange chicken, chow mein, and fried rice was breathtaking. I contemplated going back to buy another plate. Great portions, fast service, almost brought me to tears.
