I love that I live in the area and can indulge anytime. I visited at 5pm on a weekday and they were already sold out of many menu items. I had the adado and pastor tacos on flour. They packed a whole lot of flavor. A guy who was helping out with the English encouraged me to come back on Saturday for banana leaf tamales. I did. They were amazing. I got pozole to go for dinner. I hope it's as good as everything else I've had from her. If the dude isn't there, may need to know some Spanish. Pictures of menu items on side of trailer.

A law of nature dictates that out-of-the-way, unpretentious places have the best food, and dear Olga's food trailer — ironically obscure alongside busy Burnet Road on the Genie Car Wash parking lot — proves the rule. One secret of the success is the unapologetically traditional Hispanic cooking. Tacos are wrapped around specific kinds of meat like bold and beefy fajita (skirt steak) or delicately flavored and melt-in-mouth tongue. The flavor emerges from the marinades, the fresh cilantro, the chunks of lime you can squeeze over your food, the corn or flour tortillas — these flavor combinations underlie this exquisite cooking that's innately American and pre-Columbian in origins. I have been here only a few times, and I love it, but I haven't yet had time to explore the menu. There's a lot more than tacos. The dining space is al fresco, a couple of picnic tables under a tarp tied to the trailer. If you have but a grain of culinary adventurousness in your digestive system, you'll love this place too.
