Friendly staff. Portions are very generous. The quantity shows and never disappointed!

I've been searching for a good sandwich shop ever since I moved to Texas years ago and the search is over. Coming from northern California the food was the only thing I missed and now that there is a beach Hut, I guess there isn't anything else to miss.

Overall delicious sandwiches with huge portions, cold beer, amazing owners. 100% recommend, also looking forward to more locations!

Better have an appetite if you order a sandwich and an appetizer. You get a lot! Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating. And they'll bring your food out to you if you choose to eat outside. The Woody was really good with nice crispy bacon. Marinara Bites were good but they sure give you a lot. Could easily be a meal instead.

Holy cow! And every other meat! These are the LARGEST and BEST subs on the planet. This is now the sandwich of my dreams. I tried the Woody and the Santa Cruz; both are great. Great service as well. Enjoy!

Avery Ranch is Beach Hut's first location in Texas. Located a few doors down from Summer Moon Coffee, by the way. If you're from the West Coast, you may be familiar with this sandwich shop. I ordered the Santa Cruz (pastrami with avocado). Beautiful, delicious sandwich. And the portions are large. But price tag is high on all of their sandwiches, which is why I give it four stars. This sandwich was about $16!
