Subway Restaurants

Yesterday 4/23/2019, i went to grab dinner from this subway location, the power had gone out and the manager told me the system was rebooting but but i could start ordering and by the time i was ready to check out it would be back up and running. So i did and got down to the register but it still wasnt working. I could tell the manager was frustrated and offered to pay cash instead of using my card. She told me they couldnt do that because the system was down and it's against policy. She was very apologetic for the situation and actually gave me my entire meal for free. I didn't catch either of the twos bands but they were both very nice snd very apologetic about the situation. This was my first time in this subway location and i couldn't be more satisfied with how the manager handled the situation, and explained what was going on. Very good job!! Very satisfied!!

Delicious food just don't order a custom sandwich unless you want to pay a lot

I was extremely greatful to have been helped by Shantaa in regards to another location! She was very kind and helpful,and the location itself is always clean with quality food! Thank you again!
