i been here twice with the same lady ordering for me and she always gave me attitude but not towards my friend when we came together .The first time i came she messed up my order twice and other customers too they were eating for too long than usual . When most of the customers were waiting for the food the cashier when it was busy still had time to chit chat with a customer like it wasn’t busy .I always feel uncomfortable when she the one at the cashier cause she gives me attitude.Overall the food was good but the customer service been terrible lately . This location been my go to favorite place but I’m not sure if I wanna go anymore don’t get me wrong , but i love the steak kabobs there and salad.It just that if that how bad their customer service is then i’m not using my time to go to get attitude. I’ll still go though cause their food is good.

This location is awesome! I was helped by Kyle and his customer service is extraordinary! And the Zoe's food even more so! Thanks Kyle for your awesome service keep it up!!! I highly recommend this place!

Brad was amazing! He was so helpful and patient since this was my first time at a Zoës Kitchen. He helped me through all the menu items I thought looked or sounded good, and was very informative! The food came out fast and was DELICIOUS! I will be back!

I normally really like this place. The food is good. But tonight I have been waiting for 50 minutes for my food and still not received it, and that was after waiting about 15 minutes just to order. And we were not the only ones waiting. Seems like management needs to get a better hold on how they run this place because it looks like the past few weeks people are having the same complaints.
